Born in Barcelona, Eric and Anna began to understand design the same way during university. Having a great friendship, aptitudes and passion, without fear of challenges, they continued to grow as professionals as a part of Enric Aguilera’s work team, specializing in the packaging and branding sector.
After a long professional career separately, they decide to join forces and create their own graphic design studio. This is how Basis Studio is born. A graphic design studio specialized in packaging and branding which expresses everything they have in common as a team but also as creative individuals. Their great potential is how they complement each other’s profiles and, at the same time, maintain the same view of the profession.
Basis studio is a graphic design studio based in Barcelona. Our main purpose is to identify the project's essence and empower it through design communication with a smart voice.
We focus on the most relevant and distinctive parts of our designs. Those parts that have the capability of transmitting emotion and thrill, undermining the sterile and decorative parts. We like to know our clients well, being empathetic to their cause, to solve, to contribute and engage with our own vision and experience.
Above all, we value the endurance of what we do. We run away from superfluous trends that distract us from what's really important. We start from the base, where the fundamental lies. We shell to the core and rebuilt avoiding those parts that serve no purpose.
